Containerized, citable implementations of medical image analysis methods from the MASI Lab at Vanderbilt University. Each tool below has a published method behind it, a public repository, and — in most cases — a pre-built container image, so you can reproduce our computing environment instead of rebuilding it.
Several of these pipelines have been in continuous operation for more than fifteen years, which is why we package them as containers rather than leaving them as code attached to a paper.
